Line Dance Class

Back again this new year with Paula Bickford teaching Line Dancing class! Filled with fun moves and music, join her for a great workout at your own pace. Each class will introduce some new moves and work on past moves, all with a smile on your face! This is a low-impact dance fitness class meant to get you moving again.

Tai Chi

 Instructor Adrian Buczek has a passion to teach this class and has taught at many other organizations in the city. This class involves slow, meditative movements that are learned over time. As you learn the moves, you also learn the transitions between them and are able to meditate during the practice.

Intermediate, and Chair & Floor Yoga

Yoga is a wonderful way for older adults to gently stretch and loosen painful muscles, reduce stress and improve circulation. In this class, participants can use chairs for support - you do not have to get down onto your mat, the chair becomes our mat! Yoga is for everyone, no matter your age or flexibility! Join Judy Chan as she instructs this wonderful class.



Gymmy Gentle Fitness

Let's get our bodies moving! Gymmy Gentle Fitness is a slow-paced exercise class focusing on functional movement, mobility, flexibility and strength. This 60-minute class will begin in a chair, progress to some standing mobility movements, and finish with a seated stretch. Diana Korpan has taught at Bow Cliff for 3 years, and teaches other skills such as how to walk carefully in the winter, and how to work on balance.
